Hi,

My diet is as follows.

I wont put times as my working day changes depending on where i am working.

20 mins after waking up 1 banana and protein shake.

2-3 hours later either 4 whole eggs scrambled on 2 wholemeal bread.

2-3 hours later tuna and low fat mayo on 2 wholemeal bread.

2-3 hours after that i have meat and veg, either chicken, Beef or fish always around 200g. veg would be brocolli, carrots and beans/peas. sometimes will have potatos depending how hungry i am.

I am 31, currently weigh 16 stone (down from 18 in december and 19 previous year).

I would say i am around 22% bf.

Normal days workout now is 4 days split for weights low weight, high reps.

1 hour dog walk and 45-60 mins walking 4.5mph on a treadmill on a 10 dergree incline as this seems to burn off the most calories i do this 7 days a week.
